Where is The Pumpkin Spice! Our Chat with Danielle Blubaugh

From time to time I get the pleasure to check in on some of my former students and see how they are doing! This week I sat down with Danielle Blubaugh, Food & Beverage Manager at the Hilton Orlando, on the I-Drive Corridor!

Dani and talked about her role at the Hilton Orlando as well as her thoughts on leadership and any future aspirations she has at her current property and potentially beyond. Along the way we also chatted about my failings as her professor with a few funny stories about my early days in teaching.

This one was super fun to record and I have no doubt that Dani is going to be a rock-start in our industry!
